As a Field Marketing Associate or Sales Representative, you are assigned your own territory of apartment buildings, town homes and condos. Your role is to build relationships with the on-site property staff and residents, providing the personal connection that a website or call center cannot. You will be educating residents about products and services and guiding them to the best solution for their needs.
We don’t do offices. You will be spending your time visiting your communities, raising awareness, and generating sales. You are a “go-getter” kind of person who gets up in the morning, ready to go out to meet new people and achieve your goals.
Field Sales Representative
Working with our market-leading clients, you become the face of the brand in your communities. You use your sales (or related) experience to hunt for prospects within your assigned territory. With the reward of uncapped commission payments, the sky’s the limit in this role!
A full-time position, this requires availability in the evenings and weekends.
Key Activities:
- Building relationships with Leasing Staff through regular office visits and “Lunch and Learn” events
- Generating referrals and signing up new residents in the community for service
- Using door-to-door sales techniques to introduce yourself to current residents and convert them from competitors
- Participating in community or pop-up events to demonstrate services and generate sales
Team Lead/Sales Coach
If you have proven Field Sales experience, the next step is to move into a leadership position. You will manage a team of Marketing Associates or Sales Representatives, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to defined policies and procedures.
Key Activities:
- Regular field/virtual visits with team members to review sales activities and share best practices
- Setting objectives for the team and monitoring overall and individual performance against objectives
- Coaching new hires and underperforming individuals
